Hello fellow lifestyle changers!

I started the Take Shape for Life plan in April 2016 and thought it would be a good idea to start this blog.  I want to help others out there who are also on this plan.

One of the hardest things about following a healthy meal plan is living with others who are a little, let's say, picky.  My goal is to turn the regular foods my husband eats every day into Lean & Green meals with minimal effort and maximum taste.

I’ll be posting recipes and step-by-step directions for the Lean & Green meals I make, as well as some recipes to make fuelings more pleasing to persnickety palates. Together we will take the meals from meh to mmmmm!

Well, enough of the introduction.  Let’s get started! Onward to being a Skinnie Minnie!!!
