Avocado & Cucumber Caprese Salad
Servings: 1 person, 1/2 lean, 2 green, 1 fat, 1.125 condiments
Ingredients:

1/2 cup grape tomatoes, about 6 (1 green)

1/2 cup cucumber (1 green)

1.5 oz, about a half of Avocado (1 fat)

2oz. mozzarella balls, about 6 (1/2 lean)

1 tbsp fresh basil (1/8 condiment)

1 tsp balsamic vineger (1 condiment)
Directions:

Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into halves
-
Cut the cucumber and avocado into chunks
-
Toss with vinegar and basil
