Montreal Sirloin and Parm Roasted Broccoli

Servings: 2 people, 1 lean pp, 3 green pp,  3 condiments pp, 1 healthy fat pp

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 5 oz. sirloin steaks (1 lean pp)

  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning (1 condiment pp)

  • 1 head of broccoli (3 greens pp)

  • 2 tsp olive oil (1 healthy fat pp)

  • 1/8 tsp salt (1/4 condiment pp)

  • 1/4 tsp pepper (1/4 condiment pp)

  • 1/2 tsp salt free seasoning (1/2 condiment pp)

  • 1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese (1 condiment pp)

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat to 450F

  2. Cut up broccoli 

  3. Place broccoli in gallon Ziploc bag

  4. Add oil, salt, pepper, salt free seasoning, and parm cheese into Ziploc

  5. Shake to mix 

  6. Dump out on to foil covered baking sheet and spread out evenly

  7. Place broccoli in oven 15-20 minutes, until edges start to brown

  8. Place steaks on a boiler pan

  9. Season each steak with 1/2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

  10. Broil steaks while the broccoli is in the oven about 5-7 minutes  on each side
