Montreal Sirloin and Parm Roasted Broccoli
Servings: 2 people, 1 lean pp, 3 green pp, 3 condiments pp, 1 healthy fat pp

Ingredients:

2 - 5 oz. sirloin steaks (1 lean pp)

1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning (1 condiment pp)
-
1 head of broccoli (3 greens pp)
-
2 tsp olive oil (1 healthy fat pp)
-
1/8 tsp salt (1/4 condiment pp)
-
1/4 tsp pepper (1/4 condiment pp)
-
1/2 tsp salt free seasoning (1/2 condiment pp)
-
1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese (1 condiment pp)

Directions:

Pre-heat to 450F
-
Cut up broccoli
-
Place broccoli in gallon Ziploc bag
-
Add oil, salt, pepper, salt free seasoning, and parm cheese into Ziploc
-
Shake to mix
-
Dump out on to foil covered baking sheet and spread out evenly
-
Place broccoli in oven 15-20 minutes, until edges start to brown
-
Place steaks on a boiler pan
-
Season each steak with 1/2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
-
Broil steaks while the broccoli is in the oven about 5-7 minutes on each side
