Get ALL your daily water!!

TIP TUESDAY: It is best for weight loss if you consume at least HALF your weight in ounces of water daily!

Here are some tips to help keep you on track!

1. Use a bottle that has times on it.

2. You can even make your own so you do not have to buy one.

3. Use multiple bottles to reach the amount of water you need to drink daily, so you do not have to refill and you can have one everywhere!

4. Stick a piece of scotch tape on the bottle and write what number bottle or number of ounces you are on in pencil. The pencil will wipe off so you can change it thoughout the day.

5. Use a gallon jug, so ALL of the water you need is always with you. That's MEDI-VATION!
