Chicken Parm
with Squash Veggetti
Servings: 1 person, 1 medifast meal, 1 lean, 3 greens, 1 condiment
Ingredients:

1 - 5oz chicken breast (0.83 lean)
-
1/2 cup Rao's Marinara Sauce (1 green)
-
1 cup veggetti (2 greens)
-
1 package of Medifast Parm Puffs
-
1/8 cup mozzarella cheese (0.12 lean)
-
2 tbsp egg white (0.06 lean)
Directions:
-
Pound chicken flat
-
Crush Medifast Parm puffs
-
Dredge chicken in egg then coat with Parm puff crumbs
-
Place coated chicken onto foil lined baking sheet
-
Spinkle cheese onto chicken
-
Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes
-
Place veggetti into boiling water for one minute
-
Take out of water and let drain while chicken cooks
-
Heat up sauce in pan and add veggetti right before serving
