Chicken Parm

with Squash Veggetti

Servings: 1 person, 1 medifast meal, 1 lean, 3 greens, 1 condiment

​

Ingredients:

  • ​1 - 5oz chicken breast  (0.83 lean)

  • 1/2 cup Rao's Marinara Sauce (1 green)

  • 1 cup veggetti (2 greens)

  • 1 package of Medifast Parm Puffs

  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese (0.12 lean)

  • 2 tbsp egg white (0.06 lean)

 

Directions:

  1. Pound chicken flat

  2. Crush Medifast Parm puffs

  3. Dredge chicken in egg then coat with Parm puff crumbs

  4. Place coated chicken onto foil lined baking sheet

  5. Spinkle cheese onto chicken

  6. Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes

  7. Place veggetti into boiling water for one minute

  8. Take out of water and let drain while chicken cooks

  9. Heat up sauce in pan and add veggetti right before serving

Ingredients:

  • ​1 chicken breast  

  • 1 cup spicy pasta sauce 

  • spaghetti

  • italain bread crumbs

  • mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp egg white
