Servings: 1 person, 1 fueling, 1 snack

Ingredients:

• 1 packet Medifast or Optavia Brownie Mix

• 2 Tbsp PB2 (1 snack)

Directions:

1. Mix Brownie as directed on packet

2. In a separate bowl mix PB2 as directed

3. Use a  Mini Ice cream Scoop to scoop half the brownie mix into the Heart Mold

4. Scoop the PB2 into the Heart Mold on top of the brownie mix

5. Use a  Mini Ice cream Scoop to scoop the other half the brownie mix into the Heart Mold on top of the PB2

6. Place into the freezer for 2 hours

7. Turn over mold and pop out hearts

8. Enjoy the chocolaty goodness!
