Servings: 1 person, 1 Medifast meal, 1 condiment

Ingredients:

• 1 medifast pancake packet (either is fine)

• water

• Pam spray (1 condiment)

• 10 sprays I can't belive it is not butter (optional, 1 condiment)

• Sugar free Syrup (optional, 1 condiment)

 

Directions:

1. Mix as directed on back of package

2. Spray the sandwich maker with Pam

3. Pour pancake mixture into the sandwich maker

4. Cook for 5-8 minutes, checking after 5 minutes for done-ness

5. Optional: spray with I Can't beleive it is not Butter and pour on Syrup
