Easy Steak Fajitas
Servings: 1 person, 1 lean, 3 greens, 3 condiment

Ingredients:

4oz. left over Montreal Steak (0.8 lean, 1 condiment)
-
2 (or 1.9oz) Boston lettuce leaves (1 green)​
-
1/2 cup Grean Giant Fire Roasted tri-colored peppers (1 green)
-
1/2 cup Grape tomatoes (1 green)
-
0.8 oz Mexican Style Cheese (0.2 lean)
-
2 tbsp Sour Cream (2 condiments)
Directions:
-
Saute pepper in a pan
-
Slice steak into strips
-
Slice tomatoes
-
Add steak to pepper to get it warm
-
Use lettuce as wraps and stack on ingredients

Modifications for non-dieting hubby:

2 flour tortilas Instead of lettuce

As much cheese as he wants
